YFC launched a campaign to spread awareness of the ill effects of drugs. A play was organized in the heart of a village. A team of artiste from Panjabi University, Patiala performed ‘Mitti Rudan Kare Dera Bhai Sadhu Ji’ as well as organized and prepared a langar (feast) of tea and snacks. There was an overwhelming response from the crowd; nearly 2500 people attended the function.

Pritam Singh, the Sub Divisional Magistrate was the chief guest. Also, Gurwinder Singh Sarpanch and all other Panchayat members were present on the occasion; Chairman Surjit Singh Sandhu gave a note of thanks.
